The project consisted of the single level double height MSU at Blanchardstown Centre (whilst the shopping centre remained fully operational) resulting in an additional 2,066 sq.m retail unit, 63 sq.m Café, 44sq/m Shop Mobility Unit and 52 sq.m Entrance extension to include a new canopy and integrated vertical entrance structure; together with a new service yard, removal of 87nr car parking spaces and all associated new site development works (Site Preparation; Substations; Boundary Walls; Permanent Road and Yard Surfacing; Site Drainage and services; Landscaping.)

Green Mall Entrance

The project consisted of the demolition and upgrade of the existing Green Mall entrance to include a new canopy and integrated vertical entrance structure, centre signage and a café unit (59sq.m) and associated new site development works (Site Preparation; Site drainage and services; Hard / Soft Landscaping.)
